We stumbled across this jerky in a middle of nowhere gas station in Iowa. It was so good my husband had me look up the company right there driving down the highway. I ordered from them and got my first bundle soon after. It is the best we've had and we eat a lot of jerky. The best part is there is no sugar in the flavors we eat! That is so hard to find. We're on our 2nd bundle. Pro tip, it lasts longer if you put it behind something in the cupboard because then your husband can't find it!

Hardtimes makes the best jerky I have had that is presently produced, imho. Each flavor is great, and their textures are an optimal balance as to dessication and tear-off-with-your-teethness. More, please!
Had this jerky at a gas station in small town. I immediately searched for it to order more. Hands down the best beef jerky ever. I plan on buying this in bulk for the foreseeable future!

Imagine someone comes up to you from say, Florida. And they say "I have some awesome beef jerky for you". You, being the beef jerky lover you are, decide to trust this nutjob from Florida and try it. You chew it for half a second...look at them...then spit it in their face and slap them. Yelling "you don't know beef jerky!!!! You don't know nothing...NOTHING". Then you get out your pack of Hard Times jerky and don't share it...instead eating the whole pack, which probably took an hour....right in front of their face. Because it's that good. You don't want to share...you just want to watch them suffer with their stupid sub-par jerky. Don't be stupid...buy this jerky. You're welcome.
