Customer satisfaction is important and we will work to try to resolve the issue.




 We are currently shipping orders twice a week by USPS. 


  • Contact us at if you have any delivery question or special needs/requests. Also include the information in the notes section of your order. 


  • **We ship USPS. The address you put into the shipping page creates a label and is where your order will be delivered. If there is an issue with the address, we can go in and make changes unless your order has already shipped. If your order has already shipped and is returned back to us by USPS, we will need to cancel the original order and provide a refund to you less the shipping cost. 


  • There are restrictions on some products (food products, meats) and they cannot be shipped to all international destinations. This does not include shipping to USA military addresses around the world. They are all considered USA shipping.


  • If your order is being shipped to someone as a gift, complete the comments box for the order to let us know. We can include a message you would like us to put with the order.
