Really very good but a bit to much pepper sometimes. I love the texture...like old fashion jerky!

I normally get the regular bags of your jerky. I prefer smaller pieces so I can eat it while I work. Smaller pieces aren’t so obvious when I am eating something while I work. (Shift work at a hospital)
So I ordered the end and pieces thinking these would be smaller bits and pieces but instead it’s chopped jerky which is something totally different. Same great flavor but not sure how I will be able to nibble on these smaller “chopped” jerky.

These are as good as the regular jerky but very convenient to have on my desk for a quick bite.
I am very happy with how this product tastes. However, it has way too much salt in it. I would give 5 stars if the amount of salt could be cut in half or perhaps if the same product could be offered in a low-sodium version. That being said, the flavor and texture are great! Absolutely delicious!
