Taste and heat is perfect. Excellent taste, not to sweet, not to hot just the right flavor as reall beef jerky would have. I just don’t like those store bought jerky’s, they can no way compare to this brand.
The only addition to this jerky would be gluten free soy sauce. I’m sure their are a lot of people who read through the ingredients and see “Soy sauce” and go back to looking for other brands. I’ve mentioned this before Kikkoman makes a gluten free soy sauce and at Walmart is the same exact price as the regular soy sauce in the regular size bottle, and no difference in taste that I could tell.
