I've been around the block and have sampled every form of beef jerky from flavor, preparation style, moist to wet, and dry to ground; I've found a beef jerky that is finally of the texture and flavor I like with Hard Times beef jerky.
The portions are decent and there aren't many moments when my teeth gnash into a tendon or unchewable bit like with many others I've had and have enjoyed before finding this brand.
I recommend the original flavor and teriyaki flavor above all else.
